About Us

Welcome to the Generations For Peace (GFP) blog! Here you will find pieces written by GFP staff and volunteers, participants and Pioneers. These blogposts share the hope, adversity, success, and failure illustrate how GFP programmes, events, trainings, and research reflect our vision of building sustainable peace in communities through responsible citizenship. Through each and every piece, we aim to highlight how our organisation’s work impacts real people in real communities.

The blog is divided into two major sections: Stories and Research & More

Stories share the personal experiences of participants and volunteers from around the world. They tell the personal journeys and perspectives of those experiencing violence, transforming conflict, and building peace in their communities day in and day out.

Research & More covers a broad range of possibilities: posts might be direct research from our very own Institute; it might be reflections on events, programmes, or trainings; it might be a message from our Founder, CEO, or President.

We’re excited to share with you. It’s just one way we Pass It On.
