Outcome vs. Impact

During this session Delegates were introduced to programme outputs, outcomes, impacts, and evidence indicators. These concepts can be quite difficult to understand; however, our Delegates were quick to learn!

Remember: The outcome is the change you want to see in your target group (the participants of your programme), whereas the impact is the change you want to see in your beneficiary community (the people indirectly affected by your programme).
