This morning Delegates are being introduced to “Theory of Change”. According to Generations For Peace, identifying a theory of change before  commencing a programme is absolutely necessary.

Deciding on a theory of change will allow our Delegates to stay focused on the change they want to see during programme implementation, and allows them to assess – at the end – whether the theory that informed their programme actually worked or needs to be revised.
